Distance Learning

Hello Awesome Artists!

We will be adding resources to this list weekly.
The newest resources will be at the top of this activities list.

Student Learning Goal/ Objective:
Create at least one artwork per week.
This creation time could be broken up into 10 minutes a day for five days or
one 45 minute chunk. (this is the recommended amount of time to spend,
spending longer on your artwork is always encouraged)

LAW students can send a photo or photos of what they
create to Mrs. Goddard via email hgoddard@asrsd.org

Page Hilltop students, use your Google Classroom.

If you send photos please include
student name, grade and classroom teacher information.

Student artwork will be added to a Virtual Gallery Space.
(If you prefer that your student’s artwork images not be shared please email your art teacher
and that student’s artwork will be placed in a private folder)

use the back of some recycled paper.

Spring has sprung!

Go outside and draw some signs of spring that you see in your yard.
I noticed flowers blooming and trees with buds on them.
What signs of spring have you noticed? Try drawing from observation.
Look at/observe something outside in your yard and do your best to draw
what you see including all the details.
Try drawing in pencil first and then add
color using crayon, marker, watercolor or
whatever you have at home for coloring supplies.
Below are two paintings I created of flowers blooming in my yard.
If you create something and want to share it with me,
I would love to see what you are creating.
You can email a picture of your artwork to hgoddard@asrsd.org or
to Mrs. Cowley at hcowley@asrsd.org
